FAQ for the shop system:

Order individual items and place them in the shopping cart:

Once you have found the product you want, you can add it to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking the 'add to cart' button.
You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time without obligation by clicking the 'Shopping cart' button without having ordered it yet.

Remove items from the shopping cart:

You can remove the products from the shopping cart there at any time by clicking the button 'Delete ' again.

Buying and paying for items online / placing an order:

If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the button '>>Go to step xy >>'.
Then please enter your data, the mandatory data are marked in color and with a '*'.
After entering your data, please check your information again.
On the next page you choose the shipping method as well as the payment method.
After that you will get an overview of your order, on this page you can check your entries and correct them if necessary via the button 'Change data'.

Send order / order confirmation via e-mail:

By clicking the button 'Send order' you complete the ordering process,
you will immediately receive an order confirmation via e-mail from us.
