ACTEGA Terms of use

Dear Colleagues,
ACTEGA provides promotional materials for business purposes and events. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to use these items, you can order various articles through our promotional material shop.
Promotional materials are intended primarily for ACTEGA customers and should be used cost-consciously. Use for non-business or private purposes (e.g., personal office supplies, raffle prizes, courtesy gifts, etc.) is not permitted. When placing an order, please indicate the cost center to be charged. Orders must be approved by the respective cost center manager. There is no general entitlement to promotional materials.

Ordering
All ACTEGA employees with email addresses ending in “@altana.com” can place orders. Access to the promotional material shop is available via a link in the ACTEGA intranet. When placing your first order, your personal account will be created. Here you will also enter your delivery and billing address, which will then be suggested automatically for future orders. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. All items are shipped from an external warehouse.

Order Quantities
Please combine your requirements into one order wherever possible to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

Availability
ACTEGA Marketing does not keep promotional items in stock. If you require large quantities of a product or more than what is available, please contact the ACTEGA Marketing Team (marketing.actega@altana.com) as early as possible.
